鈥淲e are incredibly grateful to have 海角社区 & Mediation return as our Title Sponsor for the second year in a row. Their support goes far beyond signage, it directly impacts the youth in our community, the businesses in our community, and fuels the growth of our community. Because of this sponsorship, our teenage employees receive traffic control certification and emergency first aid training. These are valuable, transferable skills that benefit them far beyond their time at the market. Many of our youth start working with us at just 14 years old and return year after year鈥攅ven coming back as summer students while they鈥檙e in university. It鈥檚 been amazing to watch them grow in confidence and capability. Last year, we hired three youth team members, and this year we鈥檙e doubling that number. That kind of growth is only possible with the support of committed community partners like 海角社区 & Mediation. This partnership truly comes full circle. Their investment supports the market, strengthens local families, gives us the ability to donate to the Food Pantry, and helps young people build meaningful skills that set them up for future success.
